Life Fitness

Good To Go, Life Fitness and Resilience (skills building and personal development) training programme is for people who want to learn new tools to improve their quality of life. The programme has been designed so that it can be adapted to meet the needs of particular groups including those who; want a better work/ life balance; are dealing with self-esteem; affected by mental health challenges or those who wish to build their resilience to everyday challenges. It is suitable for people aged 14 and above.

Mojo is an innovative, high quality and evidence based (skills building and personal development) training programme for men ‘at risk’ of suicide.

To support the implementation of the programme, we designed an interagency process for organisations (working across health, mental health, education, employment and welfare) to work in partnership with the ‘at risk’.

Exploring My Way

Exploring My Way is an interactive, experiential and evidence based group training programme that primarily focuses on peer learning. The programme is a reflective process that allows participants the time and space to explore the challenges associated with providing support to a family member who has a mental health difficulty. While reflecting on the challenges they face, participants will have the opportunity to learn new tools that enhance their coping skills, while improving their sense of wellbeing.

Gender Journey

Gender Journey is a personal development programme that supports people to explore their understanding of their gender identity. The main focus is to create space for participants to process emerging issues, while learning new skills to build their resilience and advocate for a life they want to live. The programme is co-produced with a facilitator who identifies as trans.
